THE developer behind a $30 million, 78-unit retirement village next to the Toowoomba Golf Club has revealed when construction will start.
Aura Holdings wrote to golf club members this week to advertise The Ninth Middle Ridge, a $30 million "luxury living apartment" facility along Rowbotham St.
The project, developed in conjunction with the club in a bid to raise revenue, was approved by the Toowoomba Regional Council in August last year despite some criticism from neighbours.
