We are very happy to announce that on 23 August 2018, the Development Application for The Ninth Middle Ridge was unanimously approved by Toowoomba City Council.

Our in-house development team are currently working with our preferred builder, McNab, on the final design of The Ninth Middle Ridge. This includes revising the open plan apartment layouts and enhancing the external aesthetic of our village. Read the full article in The Chronicle here.
