On-site concierge

Five Good Friends will have a concierge based at The Ninth Middle Ridge to ensure you have a consistent and familiar face for support and advice should you ever need it.

Advice and planning

Whilst our residents live independently, you can plan for the future or for any support you may need in the short term by booking a private consultation with the Five Good Friends Concierge. They can help determine your eligibility for a government-funded home-care package, support your preparation for an ACAT assessment and guide you step-by-step through the complex My Aged Care application process.

Personalised support

If you ever need it, any in-home support is personalised and discreet. Five Good Friends can provide a tailored continuity of care to ensure you see the same familiar faces who form relationships with you. Services can be provided with a government package, privately funded or a combination of both.
