AURA Holdings has announced major construction will tee off early in the new year on its retirement village at the Toowoomba Golf Club at Middle Ridge.
The Ninth Middle Ridge village will be built on the course adjacent to the ninth hole and set a new standard of independent living apartments for over-60s on the Darling Downs.
The development will provide 85 two, three, and four-bedroom luxury living apartments with expansive views of the historic parkland golf course, with prices ranging from $575,000 to $1.17 million.
Experienced retirement village builder McNab has been appointed to the project with Cox Architecture.
Early works to relocate club facilities have begun with the major works to launch early in the new year.
Residents will enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle in the low-rise development of three and four storey buildings with an unmatched level of community facilities, including a gym, billiards area, wine room, library, craft room, lounge, multipurpose function room, outdoor entertaining and barbecue areas.
