Your well-behaved pet, appropriate for apartment living and acceptable under our pet ownership rules, is sure to also become a treasured member of the village community.
Carol and Peter Shiels recently welcomed Cavoodle puppy Taffee to their apartment at The Atrium Lutwyche. “We weren’t going to get another dog but now we have Taffee and he has been welcomed by all the residents who love him to bits. They all enjoy stopping for a pat,’’ Carol says.
“It hasn’t been difficult at all here in the village with a new puppy. But, of course, living in an apartment you need to be more conscious and work harder with training.’’
Peter says: “Aura has a welcoming policy for pets and they are understanding of the animals’ needs too. Other village providers say they are ‘pet friendly’ but from our experience I would describe them more as pet tolerant and that is a real difference we have found with Aura.’’
Carol says she and Peter would never have considered moving somewhere that didn’t allow pets. “We looked at lots of apartments and some were really lovely but they weren’t pet-friendly.’’
The Shiels will soon relocate to their new ninth floor apartment overlooking the beach when Aura Holdings’ The Pavilion North Kirra opens. They expect Taffee will quickly adjust to his new beach lifestyle!
