The Atrium Lutwyche is just 4km from Brisbane City in the thick of all the action with major attractions, facilities and public transport at your door.
Delicately balancing Lutwyche’s rich history with modern, contemporary amenities, the local area is home to some of Brisbane’s best cafes and restaurants, sporting facilities and green spaces.
A short walk will take you to Market Central Lutwyche where you’ll find three supermarkets, post office, banks, hairdressers, chemist, medical services, newsagent, cafes, a food court and more.
When you feel like heading outdoors there are several options, including Kedron Brook’s extensive bike and walking pathways and nearby the Victoria Park Golf Club is being transformed into a 45ha parkland with world-class attractions.
The Lutwyche busway station, almost on the doorstep, will take you wherever you need to go, including the city and to the bustling Chermside Shopping Centre. Lutwyche Road provides easy access to neighbouring suburbs and the Sunshine Coast. The Albion train station is a 1.1km stroll away.
A range of allied health and medical facilities are on hand, including the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

In our experience, retirees are at their happiest when they feel a true sense of connectedness to their local community. We don’t want to create an ‘exclusive enclave’ within our village because we believe both our residents and community can benefit from shared experiences.

QATSIF - The Queensland Aboriginal And Torres Strait Islander Foundation
QATSIF was created to give Queensland’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families increased educational opportunities. It is an independent, not-for-profit trust managed by The Public Trustee of Queensland and operates through a small Secretariat.
Men’s Shed
The Men’s Shed is a community-based, non-profit, non-commercial organisation that is accessible to all men and whose primary activity is the provision of a safe, friendly and healing environment where men are able to work on meaningful projects at their own pace in their own time in the company of other men.
OWN – Older Women’s Network Queensland
OWNQ is part of a worldwide network looking after the needs & interests of older women. The Older Women’s Network is committed to promoting the rights, dignity and well being of older women.
Windsor Bowls Club
Windsor Bowls Club is a community-based, family-friendly, fully licensed club with a range of facilities and activities to suit all ages. They’ve been around for 100 years and are servicing inner north Brisbane and the immediate suburbs of Windsor, Lutwyche, Albion, Wooloowin, Wilston, Bowen Hills and Clayfield.
TerryWhite Chemmart Lutwyche
TerryWhite Chemmart Lutwyche in the Market Central Shopping Centre provides a range of special services for residents of The Atrium Lutwyche and members of the local community to help make managing their medication easier.
St Andrew's Anglican Church – Lutwyche
In the year 2021, parishioners of St Andrew’s Anglican Parish of Lutwyche celebrated the culmination of 155 years of faith and witness. Although St Andrew’s in its present form dates from 1926, an Anglican church has stood on the site at 673 Lutwyche Road since 1866.
Burnie Brae
Burnie Brae is a not-for-profit community organisation based in Chermside on Brisbane’s northside. Their mission is to build strong community connections by providing quality health, lifestyle and other services to seniors.
