Our village operator

Kingsford Terrace Corinda is developed and managed by experienced retirement village operator, Aura Holdings.

Aura was founded in 2016 by Tim Russell and Mark Taylor and has several luxury mid-rise retirement communities in various stage of council approval, development and operation in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba. Together, Tim and Mark have chalked up more than 35 years working within the retirement living industry.
