With the first quarter of 2019 now in our rear-view mirror, we’re starting to see some big changes on site at The Atrium Lutwyche.

Last month the team at McNab applied the shotcrete concrete coating to the basements walls and completed the inground drainage services.

We also reached another big milestone – the crane was assembled!

The crane has since been used to install the formwork for the lower and upper basement pours. The lower basement slabs and ramps were poured and completed last month, with the upper basement pours currently underway.

March was our wettest month so far, with the rain causing disruptions to construction. However, we’re very happy to say that any lost days have now been regained and construction is proceeding on schedule.
