New golf course housing in state's top retirement hub

A new 85-dwelling retirement village has been launched alongside the ninth hole of a golf club in Queensland’s most popular retirement destination.
Aura Holdings has launched The Ninth Middle Ridge, to be built within the Toowoomba Golf Club.
Expressions of interest are now being received for two, three and four-bedroom apartments with expansive views of the parkland golf course.
Downsizing.com.au recently named Toowoomba as the most searched retirement and downsizing destination in Queensland in 2019.
