Construction on new retirement village at Middle Ridge Golf Course

Construction on a new retirement village at the Middle Ridge Golf Club is due to start in the next few months.
“The Ninth Middle Ridge” will boast 85 apartments that feature a large number of two to four-bedroom units.
"It was something that both the club and council grappled with, we persisted because we thought it was such a great place for people to live” - Managing Director, Tim Russell.
