From all of us here at The Atrium Lutwyche, we hope you had a wonderful Easter!

Despite the site closing down over the Easter/ANZAC Day period, April has still been a very productive month.

As you know, construction of The Atrium Lutwyche is continuing with the erection of the load bearing structural slabs, columns and walls. Each level’s floor slab is being completed in two sections (or pours), with the exception of the ground level slab which will be completed in a single large pour.

I’m very excited to report that during April, the upper basement slab pour A was completed!

Formwork was completed for the upper basement slab pour B last month and the installation of slab reinforcing commenced. Once the steel reinforcing fixing is complete, the team at McNab will pump concrete into the second section to finish of the upper basement slab/level.

We’re on schedule to complete slab pour B this week.

This means that next month we will begin work on the ground floor slab pour, so keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates!
