Aura opens first stage of Somerset Indooroopilly

Tim Russell and Mark Taylor’s Aura Holdings has opened stage one of Somerset Indooroopilly, the luxury retirement living community built within Brisbane’s Indooroopilly Golf Course.

At prices ranging from $750,000 to $1.6 million, with prices on application for the penthouses, 80 apartments have opened in the first stage of Somerset Indooroopilly. There are four penthouses in each stage. Two have sold in stage one and two have sold off-plan in stage two.
