Retirement village tower plan for Budds Beach

An ageing quest to sell a Budds Beach high-rise tower site at last has drawn a buyer, one who’s booked the land for ‘tall storeys’ for retirees.
A 32-floor vertical retirement village is planned on the site instead of a previously approved 46-floor apartment tower.
Brisbane group Aura Holdings focuses on multi-level retirement villages and is relatively young in the oldies business.
