For many years, retirees have been seeking quality retirement living options close to the beach, shops, restaurants, cafes and medical facilities in the area they know and love.
But this style of retirement living has been in short supply in the Sunshine Coast, leaving local residents no other choice but to compromise or consider moving out of the area they’ve lived in for decades.
Here at The Avenue Maroochydore, we’re filling this gap.
On completion, this coastal retirement community will provide a total of 113 independent living apartments with facilities designed for residents to enjoy the best time of their lives.

The Avenue in Maroochydore is surrounded by streets on 3 sides. All community facilities overlook and spill into this courtyard, with an additional outdoor pool area positioned to maximise access to northern sun.
