You are welcome to join instructor Shell and our residents on Thursdays at 9.30am for Yoga, a total mind-body workout combining strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing exercises and meditation. The sessions, from the comfort of a chair, still provide participants with the benefits of yoga poses. Cost is $5 per class (please bring cash). Your first session is free!
Zumba lessons with Amy are available to residents and the public on Thursdays from 1.30pm. They offer low-impact and easy-to-follow moves for active older adults. Classes are $10 per session.
