Abstract geometric design with eight symmetrical, curved, beige shapes radiating from a central point on a light gray background, evoking a stylized floral or star pattern inspired by The Evelyn Mt Ommaney.
Abstract, light gray organic shapes curve and branch outward against a white background, forming a subtle, symmetrical pattern that resembles stylized leaves or coral. The design is minimalist and airy.

Support, right where you live

Having a Wellness Advisor available with the Aura community means residents have a familiar person they can turn to when questions arise or circumstances change.

Support can begin with a simple conversation about what is happening now and what might make everyday life easier.

A conversation about what matters to you

Every resident is different.

The Wellness Advisor takes the time to understand a resident’s lifestyle, routines, preferences, concerns, and goals before exploring what support may be helpful.

The focus remains on the resident’s choices, priorities, and independence.

Personalised support, tailored to you

Once a resident’s needs and goals are understood, the Wellness Advisor can help explore appropriate services and providers.

This may include healthcare professionals, community services, in-home support, or government-funded assistance through My Aged Care.

Commonwealth Home Support Program

The Commonwealth Home Support Program, or CHSP, provides entry-level assistance for people who need a small amount of support to continue living independently and safely at home.

Services may include help with cleaning, meals, transport, personal care, allied health, or respite.

Support at Home

The Support at Home is designed for people with more complex or ongoing support needs.

It can provide coordinated access to personal care, clinical support, allied health, assistive technology, home modifications, and other services that help people continue living independently.

Residential Aged Care

Residential aged care is designed for people who are no longer able to live independently at home and require ongoing assistance with daily activities or healthcare.

For Aura residents, the Wellness Advisor can help explain these pathways and what they may mean for their individual circumstances.

The resident speaks with Aura’s Wellness Advisor about what they are experiencing, what is important to them, and where some additional support may help.

The Wellness Advisor explains relevant health, community, in-home, and government-funded support options.

If government-funded support may be appropriate, the Wellness Advisor can explain the My Aged Care process and help the resident understand the next steps.

The Wellness Advisor can help residents explore suitable providers and healthcare professionals based on their needs and preferences.

As circumstances evolve, the Wellness Advisor remains a familiar point of contact who can help residents understand what additional support may be appropriate.
