Aura Holdings recognises the importance of protecting personal information, for which it may be required to collect from individuals who become associated with its business activities.
The business will guide employees in the responsible collection and handling of personal information, whilst giving individuals the right to access information about themselves and allow for any correction in relation to errors in that information. For the purpose of this Policy, “information” is described as:

If you are a resident or guest of one of our village communities, we may also collect:
- your name, date of birth, contact, identification and credit details contained in your application for residency with us, and otherwise as you update and disclose to us from time to time for the management of your residency;
- your name and contact information in the case that you are visiting a current resident for personal reasons;
- contact and identification details of any third party you have authorised to negotiate or provide your personal information on your behalf (including any family members, legal advisers, or attorneys appointed by you under a power of attorney);
- your banking or payment details (for example, for payment of services or site fees);
- with your consent: health information which may include details of any illness, injury or disability you may have and any treatment or medication that you are receiving;
- contact numbers for your next of kin and emergency contact, in the case of an emergency; and
- any personal information you volunteer to us in the process of corresponding with us in respect of your residence or onsite visit, including in responding to your requests and enquiries.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and endeavour to provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
