Together, Tim and Mark have chalked up more than 35 years working within the retirement living industry.

That’s why we have a straightforward 33% Deferred Management Fee capped at 5 years on the exit sale price, so you benefit from the growth in value of your apartment over time. Our residents have the flexibility to move around in our villages to any Aura owned apartment. If your needs change, you can upsize or downsize to an available Aura owned apartment in The Atrium Lutwyche or another Aura village.
