At Kingsford Terrace Corinda, we are dedicated to building a vibrant community for our residents, both inside and outside the village.
Located just 14km from Brisbane CBD, Kingsford Terrace Corinda retirement community offers the perfect balance of peaceful suburban living and convenient access to city amenities.
In fact, as a resident at our village, you’ll have everything on your doorstep.
Take a walk or short drive to one of many nearby transport hubs, shops, cafés, entertainment or sporting clubs in Corinda, Graceville, Oxley and Jindalee. See the map below to find out more!
In our experience, retirees are at their happiest when they feel a true sense of connectedness to their local community. We don’t want to create an ‘exclusive enclave’ within our village because we believe both our residents and community can benefit from shared experiences.
Consequently, Kingsford Terrace Corinda is focused on building strong relationships with local businesses, clubs and schools to provide opportunities for residents to stay active and involved in a range of activities in the area. Here are a few who also share our vision:
Corinda Bowls Club is a friendly, active club and an established and integral part of the local community. Underpinning the network of camaraderie and friendship at the club is a shared love of lawn bowls.
Corinda State School is a prep to year 6 primary school with approximately 590 students. Kingsford Terrace Corinda sponsors and enjoys involvement in school fetes and events.
McLeod Golf Club is a championship 18 hole golf course in Mt Ommaney in Brisbane’s West. Kingsford Terrace Corinda residents are encouraged to play at the club and get involved in regular activities.
St Aidan’s is a Prep to Year 12 Anglican day school for girls located in Corinda with more than 800 students. Kingsford Terrace Corinda residents enjoy attending and being involved in school activities.
