Our team of six super saleswomen pride themselves on their honesty, diligence and care. They also need to know the Aura product inside out and be across the legislation covering retirement village living.

Narelle Clarke, Kingsford Terrace Corinda

Narelle says working for Aura Holdings has provided her with an opportunity for a rewarding role and a new direction in her career. She enjoys getting to know her clients with the relationship only growing stronger when they become Kingsford Terrace residents and she sees them on a daily basis.

Narelle says she derives a lot of pleasure from being able to help retirees find their perfect home as she believes retirement village living is a wonderful option.

The location, its beautiful gardens, space and facilities are what she likes most about Kingsford Terrace.

When she isn’t in the sales office at KT, Narelle loves spending time with her family, friends, her dogs, and hiking.

Kymn Collins, The Ninth Middle Ridge

Kymn believes the decision to move into a retirement village is life changing for most of Aura’s residents. “There is usually a much longer time frame involved than in general real estate so Aura sales consultants have an opportunity to build trust and support our clients through the process. Also, our clients move in with us after they settle on their new home, so we need to ensure that their journey with us has been a pleasant experience,’’ she says. “Hopefully, I have been able to have a positive effect on people’s lives at a time when they needed help.’’

Kymn has worked in the retirement living sector for 15 years and says Aura’s sales contracts are the fairest in the industry and is looking forward to forming relationships with the people who will become residents of The Ninth Middle Ridge at Toowoomba.

Outside work Kymn loves spending time with her family and travelling.

Kirralee Couch, Somerset Indooroopilly

Kirralee is looking forward to welcoming her buyers to what awaits them at Somerset Indooroopilly when stage one opens in late 2021. “I think the residents will all be blown away by the final product,’’ she says. “The offering from Aura Holdings and the aesthetics of the development will make Somerset just an amazing place to live.’’

Kirralee who has a background in the real estate industry has worked in the retirement living sector for nearly five years.

Her goal is to make the transition to retirement living from the family home as seamless as possible. “I’m sure Somerset will be everything our wonderful residents have hope for – and more! So many are firm friends already so it’s going to be such a welcoming, social community to live.’’

In her spare time Kirralee loves a stroll with her cavoodle Dudley, yoga, time with friends and shopping.

Karol Kljajcin, The Avenue Maroochydore

Karol says it is vital the company she works for shares her personal values. “After visiting The Avenue Maroochydore and meeting Aura’s Mark Taylor, I quickly learnt Aura’s focus was putting residents’ needs first. I knew I had to be a part of it.’’

Karol has worked in the retirement living industry since 2009 and sees her role as being very different to that of a real estate agent. “It’s a privilege to play a part in residents’ journey to finding a fulfilling lifestyle not just today but for years to come and know I played a part in that journey.’’

She says it’s a pleasure presenting Aura’s sales contracts to future residents. “Our contracts are the best I have seen … fair and transparent. All in-home maintenance is taken care of at no additional cost, residents receive the majority of the capital gain and there are no refurbishment costs.’’

Karol loves time with family and friends, music and long walks on the beach with her cavoodle.

Vickie Lea, The Pavilion North Kirra

Vickie has worked in the retirement living sector for six years and thrives on developing genuine relationships with her buyers. “I love meeting our residents, supporting them on their journey and then welcoming them to their new homes. I feel very privileged to work for Aura Holdings and have the opportunity to introduce residents to the stunning beachside retirement community of The Pavilion.’’

The first residents should start moving into the sold-out first stage during September 2021. “I look forward to assisting The Pavilion’s residents to a smooth transition to their new home,’’ Vickie says.

“At Aura we see the joy every day that our style of retirement living brings to our residents: complete freedom from home maintenance, a wonderful lifestyle, a sense of belonging with like-minded neighbours and ready access to in-home services to support them if need.’’

When not selling retirement dreams, Vickie enjoys time with family, beach walks and volunteering.

Rebecca, the newest member of our team, says she loves that Aura Holdings is turning retirement living on its head. “I’ve been impressed by Aura’s fairness, freedom and transparency. Despite having worked in the retirement village industry for many years when I first read Aura’s contract, I was completely taken by surprise, it’s nothing like I’ve seen before.

“Deciding to downsize can be fraught with emotions, so, you cannot take the smile off my face when a buyer becomes a resident and says, ‘why didn’t I move earlier, it’s the best I’ve ever made.’

“The Atrium Lutwyche feels nothing like a typical retirement village. I love hearing the laughter from the aqua classes and the fact residents get great pleasure being part of a caring, supportive community.’’

In her spare time, Rebecca loves a bit of adventure – hiking, mountain biking, riding motorbikes and playing Monopoly!
