Construction has started on Aura Holding’s third retirement community, the $36 million boutique retirement development, The Atrium Lutwyche.

The Atrium Lutwyche will comprise 60 modern one, two and three-bedroom independent living apartments, 50 per cent of which will enjoy city views.

Leading retirement and aged care construction company, McNab, has been awarded the build.
