Those were the apt words of Brisbane Lord Mayor Graham Quirk as he oversaw the next step on that path with the opening of Kingsford Terrace retirement community's latest development last week.
The 'Duporth' building has been hailed as setting a new standard in retirement living with its state-of-the-art community facilities including a café, heated pool, wine room and many more.
