The developer behind a major retirement living complex at the Toowoomba Golf Club has changed its design to meet the demand for luxury living from buyers.
Aura Holdings has revealed it amalgamated eight standard apartments in The Ninth Middle Ridge development into four "mega-apartments'' each with about 215sq m of living space.
