Aura Holdings upscales in Toowoomba, converts to luxury apartments 'from $1.2m'

Aura Holdings' co-founder and director Tim Russell said overwhelming demand for 'high-end' living convinced him to turn eight two-bedroom apartments into four luxurious apartments at The Ninth Middle Ridge overlooking Toowoomba Golf Club.
"Most of the retirement products in Toowoomba are traditional broad-acre brick and tile and there are a couple of land lease communities on the edge of town. What we are offering is the pinnacle of retirement living, unseen before on the Darling Downs, and there is demand for it,'' Tim said.
