At Aura we will always consider a resident’s personal situation on a one-on-one basis and offer flexibility to suit your needs. Your sales consultant will be the initial point of contact if you do seek a change to Aura’s standard contract to suit your circumstances.

Aura’s communities operate under the Queensland Retirement Villages Act 1999 and the State Government has taken steps to strengthen legislation around retirement village living. Your contract is legislated under the Retirement Villages Act and is registered with the Queensland Land Titles Office.
