New multi-million dollar village already 30% sold

Aura Australia Management snapped up the last available Maroochydore town centre site to build a retirement village and stage one of construction will start soon.
Already 30% of apartments, with 49 to be built in stage one and 68 to be built in stage two, have sold.
The four storey apartment will be built on 1-9 Anzac Avenue, a 9254sqm site, with stage one set to be finished mid-2018.
