Mentoring new generation of village leaders

The team that created and built RetireAustralia up to the fourth-largest private village operator, Tim Russell and Mark Taylor, have elevated Sean Graham to CEO of Aura Holdings, which since being established in 2016 has grown to seven village projects in south-east Queensland.
Tim Russell says: "While Mark and I will remain Managing Directors and continue to be actively involved in the company, we will be able to focus on our areas of expertise and concentrate on Aura’s growth opportunities. It is also important for us to have more time to mentor the next generation of executives within the business.’’
