From all of us here at The Avenue Maroochydore, we hope you had a wonderful Easter!

Despite the site closing down over the Easter/ANZAC Day period, April has still been a very productive month.

We’re very excited to report that during April, all apartments have been completed and commissioned!

In fact, we’ve now begun the final stage of construction – ensuring all apartments are signed-off defect free.

Over the past month, the team at Woollam Constructions also continued with soft landscaping in the central community courtyard, roof gardens and ground floor apartment gardens – the plants have really begun to bring the village to life!

The interior fit out of the community facilities progressed, with the installation of final fixtures and detailed joinery now nearing completion.

The external footpath along Baden Powell Street was completed in May and this month the team began construction of the footpath along Anzac Avenue. Once this has been completed, landscaping will begin in the external facing areas.

With the above now complete, we would like to confirm that we are still on schedule to open our doors in June.
