In this unlikely event, your deposit is fully refundable up to the time of settlement. You can leave the village at any time. When you exit the village, the amount of Deferred Management Fee (DMF) owed will be calculated on the length of your stay and deducted from the sale price of your apartment. You benefit from the capital growth on your apartment, and Aura pays both your own and our legal fees.
