BBQ Bob Gallagher is one of Brisbane’s most experienced and recognisable radio personalities, with a broadcasting career spanning more than 50 years.
Best known as the host of Wake Up With BBQ Bob, airing every weekday from 5am to 9am on 4BH, Bob brings warmth, humour and decades of experience connecting with Brisbane audiences.
With his relaxed style, local knowledge and natural ability to connect with people, Bob will guide guests through the day’s program and conversations.

Dr Helena Popovic
Dr Helena Popovic MBBS is a world-leading authority on brain health, positive ageing, and dementia prevention. She shows people how to boost their brain at any age or stage of life.
She is passionate about providing a roadmap for living longer, stronger, healthier and happier through education, not medication, and she believes in growing bolder rather than older. Dr Helena holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Sydney, and Certification in Alzheimer’s Prevention from Weill Cornell Medicine. She shared her mother’s journey with lung cancer and her father’s adventure with dementia. She speaks from both a personal and professional perspective, and she has a weekly podcast called Healing with Dr Helena.
Brad Monk – LifePath
Brad Monk is a Certified Financial Planner with more than 25 years of experience in financial services and co-founder of LifePath Financial Planning.
His expertise in management and financial planning helps clients navigate complex financial matters, with a special interest in aged care financial advice. Brad is actively involved in training many of the larger aged care organisations in Queensland, including hospital employees, placement consultants and industry peers.
He also delivers information seminars and workshops across the retirement living and aged care sectors, helping people better understand the financial considerations that come with planning for the future.
Danielle Lim – DSL Law
Danielle Lim is the Founder and Principal Lawyer of DSL Law and a qualified mediator with more than 20 years of experience in the retirement living sector.
Throughout her career, Danielle has advised residents and retirement village operators across Australia, both in-house and in private practice, giving her extensive knowledge of the legal and operational frameworks. This experience also provides her with a unique perspective on the issues that matter most to residents, enabling her to understand concerns from both operator and resident viewpoints.
Known for her practical, approachable style, Danielle is passionate about helping residents understand their rights and responsibilities so they can make informed decisions and navigate retirement village living with confidence.
Suzie Dash – Task Tamers
Susie Dash is the Owner and Managing Director of Task Tamers, a leading downsizing and relocation service dedicated to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest transitions.
With a compassionate and practical approach, Susie and her highly experienced team have supported more than one thousand families to declutter, downsize and relocate with confidence.
Task Tamers is known for its personalised service and attention to detail, guiding clients through every step of the process, from sorting and organising belongings to coordinating the move and setting up their new home.
