Retirees scoop up every Stage One Aura apartment before Gold Coast retirement village is completed
The Pavilion North Kirra, 30km south of Surfers Paradise in Queensland, has smashed sales records after selling out Stage One before it was fully completed.
Aura Holdings director Tim Russell said The Pavilion had exceeded all expectations and defied COVID doom and gloom because of what it had to offer prospective residents.
Aura Holdings fast-tracked stage two after the overwhelming popularity of Stage One, which saw 85% of apartments and penthouses in the 10-storey development sold during pre-release.
The village has 68 one, two and three-bedroom apartments over 10 storeys on the 2025sq m site, offering open ocean views of the southern end of the Gold Coast.
