Retirees seeking a lifestyle above par have flocked to Somerset Indooroopilly beside one of Brisbane's prestigious golf courses driving demand for construction of the second stage.
Among the first residents to move into stage one were Harold and Elsie Neal. "Despite never having lived in an apartment before, it was amazing how quickly we settled into our new lifestyle,'' Mrs Neal said.
