Red-hot demand for retirement village units in Brisbane’s inner west has seen a southeast Queensland developer announce it will build two stages of its latest project at once.
Aura Holdings has announced it will start work on stage five of its Kingsford Terrace Corinda development next week.
After very strong demand for units in stage four it decided to build stage five — to be called Lingrove — at the same time.
Hutchinson Builders will construct stage five, which was designed by O’Neill Architecture.
Aura Holdings’ director Mark Taylor said COVID-19 had not slowed the pace of its retirement village rollout, with six “vertical’’ facilities planned around southeast Queensland.
