Our village story
For many years, retirees in Brisbane’s Western suburbs have been seeking quality retirement living options close to the city and shops, in the area they know and love.
But this style of retirement living has been in short supply in Brisbane’s west, leaving local residents no other choice but to compromise or consider moving out of the area they’ve lived in for decades.
Here at Kingsford Terrace Corinda, we’re filling this gap.
With a total of 250 independent living apartments planned for Kingsford Terrace Corinda across 6 buildings, development of subsequent stages will continue over the next 2-3 years.

O'Neill Architecture
O’Neill Architecture, one of Brisbane’s most awarded architectural firms, has been appointed to design Kingsford Terrace. The first stage of this 5 stage village, Duporth, was completed in 2018 and Mitchell is currently under construction. O’Neill Architecture is responsible for a range of distinctive projects throughout the state including Portside, Global Arts Link in Ipswich and the Queens Wharf waterfront precinct.
For Kingsford Terrace, the O’Neill team has created a new village with a central community hub extending out into a village green. This central landscape is flanked by residences creating a shaded, secure environment for all residents to enjoy.
McNab
Australian construction company McNab was appointed to build the second stage at Kingsford Terrace Corinda, Duporth, now home to 54 independent living apartments and state-of-the-art facilities. Prior to commencement, McNab was able to accelerate the program through the rationalisation of the structure as well as optimising the use of pre-cast structural elements.
