There are also plenty of activities that take place in the villages regularly and you are welcome to attend.

An essential part of ageing well is keeping our brains exercised, and a fun, effective way to do that is through brain training. Join our friendly residents on the third Thursday of every month.
Weekly firebloom fitness, yoga, zumba and more classes make part of the activity calendar for residents at Kingsford Terrace Corinda and are open to the public as well. Class numbers are restricted so make sure you book your place in advance.
Our residents at The Atrium are getting fit and looking fabulous! Classes of fitness, dance and pool-based exercises are offered weekly in the village and you are very welcome to attend. Class numbers are restricted so RSVPs are essential.
Sano Café, open seven days, is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, have breakfast or lunch, or meet with friends. The menu is innovative and changes every week, offering something a little different from the average café. It is open to residents and the public from 6.00am Monday to Saturday, and from 7.00am on Sunday.
Free brain training sessions are also offered on Aura’s Sunshine Coast village, The Avenue Maroochydore. Take part in the sessions run by Five Good Friends Concierge, Crystal, on the first Friday of every month. Feel free to bring a friend.
You are welcome to join residents at The Avenue Maroochydore for a total mind-body workout combining strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing exercises and meditation, or low-impact zumba lessons.
