IT’S every golfer’s dream to just swing open their front door and stroll out on the rolling fairways. That’s the idyllic lifestyle to be offered to retirees at The Ninth Middle Ridge retirement community within the historic Toowoomba Golf Course.

Aura Holdings, a Queensland-based retirement village provider and operator, says The Ninth Middle Ridge will offer something unique on the Darling Downs when it is completed next year.

Expressions of interest are being taken now to secure an apartment of choice in the village to be built next to the ninth hole on what is often referred to as the “best inland course in Queensland”.

The 18-hole championship golf course was established in 1896 and is surrounded by quality homes and gardens in Middle Ridge, one of Toowoomba’s sought-after suburbs.
