PRESS RELEASE 5 December 2018

Construction has commenced on Aura Holding’s third retirement community, the $36 million boutique retirement development, The Atrium Lutwyche.

The Atrium Lutwyche will comprise 60 modern one, two and three bedroom independent living apartments, 50% of which will enjoy city views.

Leading retirement and aged care construction company, McNab, has been awarded the build.

Mark Jewell, Construction Manager at McNab, is proud to be working on their second Aura project.

“Having worked with the Aura team over the past two years on their Kingsford Terrace community, we’ve seen first-hand how they ensure their buyers get the very best, and that’s certainly no different at The Atrium Lutwyche. We’re thrilled to have construction underway and look forward to meeting the new residents and support them in a hassle-free move,” Mr. Jewell said.

The Atrium Lutwyche will help address the growing gap in the market for quality retirement living in Brisbane’s inner city. Aura Director, Mark Taylor said, “We are excited to offer unique retirement living options for retirees who want to stay in Brisbane’s inner north.”

“As Aura continues to grow and learn, we know there is a demand to stay connected with friends, family and the local community, which is why we are building in the heart of Lutwyche where everything is on your doorstep,” he said.

The local area is abuzz with activity with restaurants, shops, entertainment, medical facilities and public transport options nearby.

The Atrium Lutwyche will also be home to state-of-the-art community facilities including a rooftop terrace with expansive views, a café, wine room, library, heated indoor pool, as well as easy access to partner, Five Good Friends for in-home care services if needed.

The Atrium Lutwyche is selling now off the plan from $435,000 – $850,000.
