Saskia Eussen, an experienced registered nurse, is the FGF Concierge at Kingsford Terrace, who will meet you to set up your support plan and assist you step-by-step through the My Aged Care process for any government funding you may be entitled to receive.

What could my $10,000 Wellbeing Reward actually provide?

Over a year, your personal package may include: an initial wellbeing consultation with our Five Good Friends Concierge + 12 months’ membership with Five Good Friends + two hours of domestic support every week + $2,000 worth of services from vetted allied health professionals, including podiatrists and physiotherapists.

Will I need to manage my $10,000 Wellbeing Reward myself?

Aura Holdings will manage your Wellbeing Reward account through Five Good Friends. You won’t need to worry about paying accounts but you will receive regular statements showing available funds and what has been spent. You can be assured of transparency for all our fees and charges.

I am waiting for a government funding package, can I still use my Wellbeing Reward?

You can use your Wellbeing Reward while awaiting approval of your government package. When your government funding is processed you can redirect any remaining funds from your Wellbeing Package for any Five Good Friends services.

What happens if I don’t spend the $10,000 value in services over 12 months?

Any unused funds will be rolled over for your use in the future.

What are the current wait times to receive government assessments and support packages?

Level 1: Three to six-month wait

Levels 2-4: 12 months or longer.
