Tim Russell and Mark Taylor’s retirement outfit continues to score goals, this week securing 70% of the 10 three-bedroom apartments – priced between $885,000 and $1.039 million – at its Kingsford Terrace village at Corinda (pictured above), 9km southwest of the Brisbane CBD.
The offering is designed to appeal to today’s “discerning” retiree who wants to stay living at home.
“If needed we can help organise any services they may need going forward from a cleaner in their apartment, to someone making a batch of meals, nursing care support after surgery or even palliative care delivered to them at home. Our residents certainly don’t aspire to spending time in a nursing home,” Mr Russell said.
Aura Holdings currently has six villages in various stages of development in southeast Queensland.
