The lure of resort-style facilities, spacious apartments and the chance of a garden has retirees snapping up the latest apartments at Kingsford Terrace Corinda.
Featuring its own on-site cafe, billiards room, indoor pool, gym and wine room, Kingsford Terrace is a multi-stage retirement community by Aura Holdings.
The community will eventually include 250 apartments across six buildings, with construction soon to commence on the third stage, known as Mitchell.
Aura director Tim Russell explained Mitchell would include 10 expansive, three-bedroom apartments in an exclusive two-storey development.
Five of the contemporary units include the unique feature of their own private courtyard gardens, ranging from 63sqm to 99sqm.
Mr Russell said the combination of spacious apartments, high-quality finishes and a garden to call their own was proving popular.
"This garden option is really setting Mitchell apartments from other developments," he said.
