Aura Holdings has welcomed over 100 delegates to an exclusive tour of The Pavilion North Kirra, marking the commencement of the highly anticipated National Retirement Living Summit. The site tour offered attendees access to view the state-of-the-art facilities and provided a look into one of Queensland’s premier retirement living communities.
Aura Holdings’ Chief Executive Officer, Sean Graham addressed two groups of attendees on Wednesday afternoon stating that “location is key in Aura’s planning process when reviewing potential locations.
“The Pavilion North Kirra community is in a prime, sought-after location, close to the beach and allows our residents to stay in the area they love.”
In the days following the summit site tours, attendees will be treated to a dynamic lineup featuring industry experts, thought leaders, and key stakeholders who will discuss the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in retirement living.
Mr Graham will be speaking at the sold out 2024 National Retirement Living Summit on the Gold Coast this Friday. He will join the panel discussion on “Excellence in Planning and Design” with fellow speakers Paul Chang of Marchese Partners, Princess Ventura of Urbis, and Simon Furness of Uniting.
“I am excited to continue these discussions around planning and design, these conversations are crucial to shaping the future of our industry for the better,” said Mr Graham.
“It’s an honour to join such a distinguished panel of speakers and share Aura’s challenges for creating vibrant communities in South East Queensland.”
